Divorce Mindfulness:

  • awareness of body, feelings, thought, and phenomena (the constituents of the existing world).  You want to be able to acknowledge what you are feeling.  Allow it to pass.  Do not act on it; just be aware of it.

"Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die."

- Buddha.

Try to meditate daily, using a guided meditation if you need to.  Consistent meditation is the path to mindfulness.

If you have a smartphone there are plenty of meditation apps to chose from for assistance.  And if not, you likely have a computer because you are reading this and Youtube has plenty of videos for guided meditation.  It only takes 10 minutes, but feel free to go longer if you want to. There are no excuses, and none should exist when it comes to your mental and spiritual well-being.
