I am capable of relentless forgiveness.  This does not mean that I am a pushover.  I am able to close one chapter of my life and open another without feeling angry or vengeful.  I create my own serenity.  I forgive myself and I forgive others.

I respect my story.  I do not speak negatively about my former partner to others but instead I consciously reflect upon the light within my former partner, remembering that I was once in love with him/her.  This shall be the foundation of our story.


I am healing!  I nurture my existing relationships by showing my friends and family extra love and attention today!

I love myself.  I understand that it is of the highest importance to take care of my emotional and physical well-being, even when I am hurting.  My self-care activities are a routine, in my daily practice, and this is how I travel the road to health and happiness!

I am open and willing to experience new unexplored avenues of healing.  I will cast all judgment aside and I will allow my soul to guide me to the proper resources.
