Divorce Diligence:

  • abandoning negative states of mind that have already arisen, preventing negative states that have yet to arise, and sustaining positive states that have already arisen.  Here, you are directed to stay on task.  Don’t let the past drag you down. 


No matter which stage of the break-up,  chances are that thoughts of the past will keep you a prisoner unless you decide that the thoughts are not worthy of your time anymore. 


Focus on positivity.  Your thoughts must stay positive.  You can’t get “to happy”; you must come “from happy”. 


We are truly centered when we come to understand that throughout our lives we attract whatever we think.  If we concentrate on negative thoughts, we will be attracting that into our lives. 


The trick is to envision yourself as joyful- because there is no higher vibration than joy- and you will attract joy into your life, your heart, and your soul.  Do not let a chapter in the book of life take the joy out of it.  You are not defined by your divorce.
