It is possible that at some point during the divorce, you may actually feel incredibly angry. This anger may cause you to desire to act in an angry and regretable way toward your former partner, their new partner, or their attorney. When these feelings come up, release them. Feel them and then let them go. Be aware that no good will come from it and at the end of the day it will not make you feel better.
